Mike Rarer – Corporate Keynote Speaker & Goal Attainment Coach
Preparing Students for Success Beyond the Classroom
Mike's campus talks help college students explore practical success principles that can guide them as they transition from the classroom to their professional careers. They are based on the book Whiteboard Wisdom — a book he wrote to capture content he originally delivered as a guest speaker at the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech.
Ideal Campus Events
Campus talks work especially well for:
-
Business School Lectures
-
Leadership Development Programs
-
Student Success Initiatives
-
Career Preparation Events
-
Orientation or Transition Programs
Flexible Campus Talk Formats
These high-energy sessions can be delivered in the classroom as a simple interactive talk, as a formal presentation, or a whiteboard session. The talk can also be delivered remotely as a presentation or interactive discussion.
Campus talk attendees receive access to a student resource portal that includes additional tools such as an 18-page session notes document summarizing key ideas from the talk. The document also includes reflection questions designed to help students think more intentionally about their goal attainment journey.
Students also receive a goal attainment worksheet they can use to evaluate their own goals as they learn to apply the Success Superpowers framework.

Why I Speak on Campus
Speaking with students is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Many of my campus talks are offered as a way of giving back and sharing the success principles that shaped my own journey with the next generation of leaders.
You can learn more about my own college journey on my About page.
